Family Tie Creations is located in Florida, we are very prone to hurricanes and unfavorable weather conditions, this can cause internet outages as well as delayed shipping. Please bare with us in the event we may be facing a storm. We do monitor the site and will accommodate your order as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic we are also experiencing slower than usual shipping turnarounds. Typical shipping is at least 3-4 weeks of processing and this does not include shipping to your designated location. When things pick up we will update our customers.

Please Be aware that shipping can take up to 3 weeks. We also can not guarentee shipping dates "needed by" at this time. In the future when the situation has changed we will certainly be shipping faster as usual. 

If your item is damaged up arrival please contact the carrier and file a claim. 

We ship mostly USPS and do try to ship the fastest and cheapest for our customers.
